- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — all software plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
- How many staff accounts and residents can I add?
- Unlimited. There are no per-user or per-resident fees. One flat monthly price covers your entire care home however large it is.
- Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. 6-month and annual plans have a billing pause option for genuine operational need.
- Is our resident data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on servers within India (AWS Mumbai). Role-based access controls mean staff only see what they need to. We do not share your data with third parties.
- Does the software support Malayalam?
- The interface is currently in English. Family Portal communications can be sent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English. Full regional language UI is planned for a future release.
- How do the website packages work — is there a monthly fee?
- Website packages are one-time fees covering design, development, and launch. Ongoing maintenance is optional at ₹3,999/month. There is no mandatory monthly fee to keep your site live.
